I hate this bank! They double billed my mortgage loan payment and hit me with overdraft fees I didn't cause, then did it again when I noted their mistake! Calling their customer service is a joke. The menu walks through over 100 possible choices in just the first 2 menus! Instead, wait after some long pause to then be prompted to hit 0 for live customer supoort. Then another 10 options! Of course the person i ultimately get can't fix their mistake and I'm charged again!
It just shows a blank screen when I log in and nothing happens. Weeks have gone by and nothing works update (four years after my original review): still having issues with it not wanting to log in and "service not available" with no further explanation. Have to uninstall and reinstall just to access my accounts this is the WORST bank app I have ever used! Seriously considering closing my accounts.
I've been with truist for a few years now and I haven't had any problems. I love them. this was made a few years. but lately I have been having trouble with my account being overdrafted. I don't know if the app is slow or what. but I'll make a purchase. I'll see it has been taking out of my balance. then the next day I'm overdrafted. feels like there taking double transactions.
Reason to avoid. Transactions process very slowly. When a purchase is made it will show in your balance. After the pending transition is completed. It reveres the balance. Then a week later remove it again. This leads to confusion and possible overdrafts. You must document every transaction before and after and check daily to document any changes. This app is a nightmare. No support exists. Truist is just a terrible bank to bank with.
