It can be a devil to work with on your phone if your doing anything more advanced than checking the activity and balance.
I'm frustrated after downloading the app. I can't sign in it says it doesn't recognize me. I go through the chat and I'm supposed to wait for someone to help me. I had no problems with SunTrust. So every time I want to do anything with my account I need to go through your website. Very unethical and unprofessional.
This app has cost me money. 9 out of 10 times, you can't even log on just like now I've been trying for 3 Days to update the app and it will ready to to switch Banks
