Awful, first of all you (Sheffield) as a financial institution should be ashamed of yourselves to even be associated with a platform as cheap and low budget as this. Payment options only give you the option to make a payment for the amount due each month and only a scheduled payment for the day it is due. You can not pay more. You can not make more than one payment a month. You can not set up recurring payments. I would give this app 0 stars if possible.
Not sure if it is the app or the company, but we cannot make payments early OR on time!! The app simply fails. It crashes, it locks necessary tabs and functions needed to make payments UNTIL they are already late!! Absolutely unacceptable. We have been trying to make our payment for MORE than a week and the app would not allow us to navigate through the process until payment was 3 days late.
Not good, you can pay extra payments and every time I go to log into the app I have to reset my password. I called customer service and the issue was temporarily fixed. FYI: I received a letter informing that Sheffield is no longer taking credit or debit card payments, you can only pay with your bank information.
Worst app I have ever used!!! You would think getting a loan for thousands of dollars they would at least take the time to have a decent app. You can never sign in to make a payment, and I am constantly getting locked out and forced to change password. IF I can get in, it never retains my payment info, nor tells me how much I owe. This app is a joke!
