On the one hand, I love the Stretches in this app. I paid for the subscription because I love guided stretching and i use it everyday, however there is not a lot of free content if you don't subscribe. I am experiencing really bad glitching. The timer won't work or speeds ahead or the timer, video, and play button won't work. I have to exit the app and skip back to where I was to get it to start again. I think if the bugs get fixed, it would be a good app.
This is a perfect app for both beginners and those more advanced looking for everything from simple 1 minutes stretches to longer 15-40+ minute yoga classes, and covers basic flexibility to splits training to pre/post-workout stretching. The app is so easy to use and tracks your use/workouts over time. Bonus: there's a related Facebook community and the owner is very nice and responsive.
Brilliant app with a good range of stretch routines, many of which are short enough to fit into your working day where time is limited. Sam is a great teacher, he explains things well and is so calm and chill.
The videos and the exercise routines are good but on my phone there is no audio and the videos tend to be bugged. Causing glitches in the playback and then not allowing you to complete the routine. It's also be good to have an explanation of how to do the stretch before going into the routine. By the time I've watched the video (when it works) the time has ended.
