Game is ok. Couple things that could be better...when buying stuff in the store, there is no explanation as to what you are buying. 5000 coins for a ball, ok, what does it do that the stock ball doesn't. Also, game says I am on level 4 but no new courses are shown. Do you have to play multi-player to get additional courses? One of the reasons I downloaded this game and payed the 3.99 to get rid of ads was so I didn't have to play multi-player. Strength of swing seems to be all over the place too
The game isn't bad, a bit buggy sometimes. But the ads are bad. Every two or three attempts you watch 2 ads with deceptive tactics. And there's a ribbon across the bottom the whole time making the shot sensitivity sometimes buggy. I've been playing for maybe 20 minutes and have had to close the app store at least six times. And I had to rewatch the two ads to open the second course three times. I'm all for free to play with ads but this is overboard imo.
I like this game but the ads are too damn long and intrusive. They don't go away even after you watch an ad to unlock a course, and even after the video is done playing you still have to wait a few seconds to be able to tap "X", only to find out your finger missed and accidentally opened Google Play! There's also a glitch in the lucky shot where the ball won't go as hard as you set it, and there's little or no animation there.
It's actually challenging ! I like the feature that you can replay the hole over again, helps practice. I almost got a hole in one on a par 2 ! I would like to be able to move the ball from side to side on the T. Also, for us cell phone players my finger covers up the hit speed making it difficult to judge. My pool game uses a cue stick-the graduations are easier to get the right speed.
