This app has some bugs in it. I really want to like it, but, it falls short of my expectations. To start, I have all my notifications features for the app turned on so I can know when a class comes in late (as I teach different students from different countries). However, I still don't get them until I log into the app. This itself can be overlooked, but then when I want to click on information or send a message, it shows "Network Disconnected. Check Network." when my network connection is fine.
used to work great, they updated about a month or two ago now and it immediately closes everytime I login. it's extremely frustrating when I run my entire business through Classin and pay a hefty monthly fee. I've uninstalled, clear cache, reinstalled, tried another device, 100 times now over the last 2 months. Nothing works.
It worked well until an update on the 31st October 2022 and now the APP causes my CPU to soar. I have done everything to ptimize my computer with nothing else running in the background but there are major problems now. Classroom freezes, can't switch between tools, sometimes have to restart the whole computer to get it to work. I have no issues with my laptop except when I use Class In. it is a shame because it worked well for the past 2 years until 31st October's update.
The app was so helpful however after the update the autocomplete/autofill dropdown for login is no longer working in desktop. Previously, typing the first letter would show a list of saved accounts, but now it doesn’t appear anymore. This was very convenient. Please restore this feature
