Fun souls-like game with two main buttons to attack & dodge, minimal UI, ample character presets & a variety of usable items, alongside our trusty souls to upgrade & barter. The story? All too familiar, but okay. I do think the FP & main attack buttons should be flipped. I got so confused the first time I used a weapon with a secondary FP attack, not realizing the primary button shifted to the center & not the left of the screen. Seems more practical to reach for the center for an FP attack.
Honestly really cool concept for mobile, would be excited to see more from the developer. hope they keep refining this with more options in the menus classes and stuff ! just wish you could go back to the campfire whenever you wanted to so It'd be easier to grind stuff. but I guess easier is a word that doesn't fit into this games genre lol.
I love it plenty but the dodging mechanic seems bugged or just inconsistent, sometimes it works but other times I still take damage even though I dodged
this has been a very fun text version of a souls like. however, for the love of God, please put a warning in when exploring from camp and resetting your steps. I've lost so much progress from accidently hitting that button.
