I purchased the full version and my son enjoys earning coins by doing the lessons. But every time we start the app, everything is locked as if I hadn't purchased it. I have to clear the app data every single time just to use my purchase, but then it's all reset so I have to select the level again and there's no way for my son to keep his progress with the coins. I've messaged the developer with no response.
My little boy loves this app. However, he is beyond knowing the time to the hour, he's stuck on level 1 which is very repetitive. Is he going to automatically go up a level eventually or will I have to pay? If I have to pay £7.99 for him to go to the next level I'm uninstalling.
I bought extra content for the app, but after a while it stopped working. I tried everything - reinstalling the app, contact developer support (no response after a few weeks), etc. Even if I click on the button "Unlock all content", it tells me, that I've already bought it.
paid the 7.99 to unlock all the content and now it's all locked again and they are wanting me to pay the $7.99 again after only a couple of hours of buying it. edit: you said you fixed the issue but its still locked.
