A very fun game. There's a ton of little things I like - the camera zooming and moving, the ease of navigating menus, the tutorial is quick but thorough. Overall, it's a very fun game, except for one thing - PLEASE optimize it. Once you get to 3+ machines, the game slows down so insanely much, because it is lagging. Without the lag? Five star game, easily. But it is so laggy it knocks off two stars.
When I first got the game I was super happy about playing it and keeping up with it. This recent update pretty much killed that instantly, major game points changed and turned it into a basic tap game and its really not fun, I liked the way the drip coffee was, I liked the way the roastery was, I liked the shelves on the sides to get quick cash, all thats just gone. Plus it very rarely opens now and the quest tracker up top is broken.
The game is sweet and cute, I like how the mice do their things around the cafe. Everything was all good and all until it came to the Batista needing an ad to activate and be placed at a paywall. It destroys the very concept of a cafe to be honest. My advice, perhaps have the barista unlocked but the ads used for them either quadruple their speed/sale, which would make way more sense.
it was enjoyable until the actual gameplay started and then ads struck, left and right. Now they didn't require you to watch them, but to really make progress in a reasonable time you'll want to to get the coins you need. However, everytime I tried to get some extra coins via watching an ad, it wouldn't let me easily exit out of the as and navigate me to the Google play store(on Android) and then reload and not give me the reward for the ad I watched. Incredibly frustrating!!!
