Darkrise is a classic hardcore game that was created by two indie developers in nostalgic pixel style.
In this action RPG game you can get acquainted with 4 classes - Mage, Warrior, Archer and Rogue. Each of them has their own unique skills, game mechanics, features, strengths and weaknesses.
Homeland of the game hero has been invaded by goblins, undead creatures, demons and neighboring countries. Now the hero has to become stronger and clean the country from invaders.
There are about 100 location to play on and 3 difficulties. Enemies will spawn in a front of you or appear from portals that will spawn randomly on location every few seconds. All enemies are different and have their unique features. Defective enemies can appear sometimes, they have random stats and you cannot predict their powers.
Fighting system is quite juicy: camera shakes, strike flashes, health drop animation, dropped items fly in sides. Your character and enemies are fast, you always have to move if you don't want to lose.
There are lots of possibilities to make your character stronger. There are 8 types and 6 rarities of equipment. You can make slots in your armor and place gems there, you can also combine several gems of one type to get an upgraded one. The smith in the town will gladly enchance and reforge your armor that will make it even better.

Very fun side-scrolling adventure RPG game. It's not an easy game to play; which I like. It has holiday quests (Halloween and Christmas so far). It only plays ads when you have to revive...lol which I have to do a lot. A ton of things to do; craft, repair, insert gems, quests, etc. A very good mobile game.
I played this game for a few hours and I would definitely recommend it. This is a very fun and rewarding game. The art style hits for me, and I've been really enjoying that you can adjust the difficulty if you feel it's too easy-going. It does have in app purchases, however it's not thrown in your face every few seconds like other games. Just there if you want to add more to your game. There are ads too but the way it's Implemented I feel is with the gamer in mind, which is refreshing. OfflineGG
Been playing this game for a few months now. Can customize skin, hair, and eye color. Make up whatever names one wants. Is easy to build up characters. The gameplay is smooth. Choose from four different classes, all with unique styles and weapons. They do not demand payment of any kind. Just in game, optional, purchases. And has ads, optional too, that actually pay out in diamonds, that can be used to get game cash. My rouge character is maxed out and sitting on a huge amount of in game money.
The gameplay is very fun, challenging, and addicting once you get used to it. Combat is challenging and you have to learn to be quick on your feet. The skill tree is MASSIVE and so is the playable map. Each area is farmable and you will need to do so in order to craft higher level gear. I'm level 46 now, and I have a long way to go before I'll beat this game, but challenge accepted Devs! Keep the events rolling and maybe some co-op dungeons in the future? Playing with friends would be awesome.
