I have never heard of this game but love anything Asian and the look of this had me intrigued so I bought it and am so glad I did. Easy to learn, easy to play but gets you thinking and planning ahead your next move. Have played it every night since downloading. Thanks for a wonderful game! update..6/1/19...had to get a new phone so transferring this game to my new device was a must! Two years later...still playing and still loving it. I did discover that using all the markers shortens a game.
Have the board game and it's a favorite of mine but can't always get it to the table (collection is getting rather large). The app is a welcome chance to play. There is a different feel to the game & it boiles down to pacing. I found the app to be much quicker where as the table top is slower and more social. The quickness is not a bad thing for the app though as it allows flavor of the game yet no time commitment which means you can play at any time.
Tsuro is a simple game to play. All you've got to do is stay on the board but that's not as easy as it sounds. You can add your own name and photo to the game. There are alternative rules available such as longest length and most loop crosses. I had the game on an older device and was able to download app to a newer device from Play Store on my older device. I could not download the app directly to a new device because it was designed for an older version of Android.
First time I have played Tsuro, but it has been on my list for a long time. Got it during a sale as well, so you can't beat the price to try out a new game. Love it, so simple but smart and balanced, you could easily just drop anyone into this game and they can learn it. Great job porting it over to the digital world as well. It has confirmed that I will be purchasing a phyical copy of this game as well for the collection.
