buggy app. You enter your bank account details, click save and nothing happens. You try to create a reimbursement request, but you can't without your bank details... Great! 👌 Then I try via web in my laptop. I log in, but to access I need to approve the logging on the app. Of course, approval pops up..
app closes repeatedly and loses data
Extremely useless. Can't login, not even with my fingerprint. Always have to request a new password which makes the whole experience, each time, very frustrating. Once I manage to login, (after several steps of requesting and receiving new pass and then creating the new one which will not work again btw) - the app can't upload additional documents when required, all of this makes the whole process additionally time consuming since I have to send the doc then by email. So why having the app then?
Worst app ever. Completely unstable. Constantly crashing. Creates the same claim several times. Customer service is atrocious too, takes forever for them to answer your requests. Instead of realising the system has created the same claim several times. They say it has already been paid but then ask for receipts again, when it should just be deleted.
