very few hospitals accepts it only for consultancy not for pharmacy. reimbursement takes months. App always malfunctions showing errors.
Clicking the 2FA notification simply opens the app without doing anything, it's impossible to log in the browser
Really bad app and service in my opinion. Often times I am just randomly unable to log in, both on website and in the app (such as today). When I am able to connect everything is painfully slow. As a result I often fail to claim expenses due to the excessive amount of time it takes. One might almost be led to believe this is deliberate.
APP serves the purpose for submitting reimbursement claims, following up processing and communication. You can also find information on the Henner agreements in different countries despite sometimes the information not being updated. Unfortunately the app is not fast and has some freezes and crashes, it is very annoying having to start a claim again or seeing it was sent twice.
