I signed up for the free trial for Acorn TV and I cannot open it to watch anything because it keeps popping up choose a subscription plan and I did that yesterday. This app sucks big time. There is not a person to talk to to even get the help that is needed.
The app lost my password. Can't login via website. Login screen doesn't work with phone keyboard. As I'm typing, the screen progressively gets darker. I accidentally omit a character. No way to go back except to backspace back to where the character needs to be and to retype. Guess what a viewer never wants to do: Spend 10 f'ing minutes trying to get an app to work.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription with no luck. The help desk tells me its one thing, I go there and it comes up with no subscriptions. This is so frustrating
PATHETIC!!!!! Do not bother! not worth your subscription money. Old App! Old Shows! They take your money and then they do not allow you to log in again.. Simply say register again
