Not loving the new Lulu App. Not an upgrade, its harder to use, and no added features. No way to specify the type of item you want when buying fresh foods. Ex) cheese: I want sliced or shredded, packed a certain way, no way to ask for it! The competitor's app allows me to make a note directly on the item to say exactly what I need. Ex)coffee beans ground on #4, or my cheese shredded in two 500g boxes. Also not accepting credit cards on delivery! I hate waiting for the refund on canceled items!
The Lulu Online app is painfully slow and frustrating to use. To make things worse, my payment was deducted, but the transaction was marked as failed. I submitted all the required details to customer support several times, but there's still no resolution. In today's world, where grocery deliveries happen in 15 minutes, customers shouldn't have to deal with such poor service. I recommend switching to Keeta, Talabat, or Circles for a much faster and more reliable experience.
Good app, but it needs improvement. The app is slow while searching, adding items to the cart, and opening the cart. Although the name says "In Minutes," delivery is often scheduled after a couple of hours. Please notify users if an item in the cart becomes out of stock instead of removing it automatically. Also, allow users to cancel or modify (add/remove items) their order within 30 minutes or before the status changes to "Collecting Items."
I don't understand how such a pathetic app is being allowed to be run by the authorities. There are so many glitches - it's a completely broken app. You add items to cart, then it will prompt you to login (which by the way they would have logged you out randomly previously) and after login, all the cart items are gone. Incredibly frustrating. This is just one issue - there are countless others.
