A nice app does some things quite well unless you have an award flight. Then it will keep asking for skywards number but won't save it (one example of minor flaws). ---------------------- Above was my original rating. I keep discovering more and more problems, not just with the app but also with their computer system and customer service.
Despite having a valid ticket and arriving on time, I was denied boarding without any proper explanation. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stranded in a foreign airport. Customer service was no better—long hold times, no solutions, and no accountability. I had to spend extra money on last-minute arrangements while dealing with immense stress. For an airline claiming to be world-class, this is unacceptable. Passengers deserve better.
The customer service from Emirates is truly unmatched. Whether on the plane or over the phone, the support is exceptional. I had a medical emergency and needed to change my flight to an earlier date, and they helped reschedule it immediately. They were incredibly understanding and even asked me to call back if I found an earlier flight so they could try to move me sooner. I’ve never experienced this level of care from an airline before. Truly outstanding service.
Everytime I add a trip on the app or website, close the app and reopen then the added trip is lost and needs to be added again and again. I am shocked to see this bug for world's greatest airlines. Also, I am unable to edit my profile name as initially I wrongly entered my last name. Please support Emirates Team. I am happy to move to 5 star rating post this resolution.
