There is always a problem or a new rule this airlines impose to put their passengers in a disadvantage. When flights delay they will never reimburse you. If you make any mistake, you'll pay for it in full. They make it so hard to reach support on whatsapp that you will never be able to reach it from the first time. Their site always has unresolved bugs. I can go on and on!
Been using Air Arabia a long time now, I like the latest update where you can manage the ticket and see the available seats (after confirmed booking) so you can always keep track if the flight is full and if anyone has booked next or behind you hahah! I like this new feature and the ease of modifications! Great Job AA team!
Very disappointing experience with Air Arabia. A small ticket issue led to the passenger being denied boarding, and the airport staff did not provide proper assistance, leaving him waiting for a long time. I also tried contacting customer service on two lines (Urdu and English) for over 30 minutes, but no one answered while the passenger was still stranded at the airport. Overall, poor handling, lack of support, and unprofessional service.
Poor customer handling during disruption. A delay caused me to miss my connecting flight under the same booking, and no proper assistance was provided at the time. I had to arrange another ticket myself. The app does not allow last-minute changes, and reaching a real support agent is very difficult. Despite missing the flight due to their delay, my refund request was denied. Very disappointing experience.
