Redundant App No Longer Works, this used to be an effective app, however there was an update in 2024 that bricked it. doesnt let you log in, its just a loading screen. you can still use their website, but whats the point in the app? please fix this.
This app constantly signs me out. I don't know why. I changed settings to make sure the app doesn't sleep. I even leave it running in the background and it still requires me to sign in. Don't even think about setting up biometry to work instead of your password because it gets stuck on the finding you home screen.
Useless. The app is not responsive most of the time. Change climate settings...nothing happens. When it does adjust temperature, it reverts back to previous settings only a few minutes later. I still have to use the wall unit if I intend to make adjustments for more than five mins.
works as well as stated. came to a rental with devices pre-installed, everything works really fairly well :-) thermostat and lock. they even have an older version of the app that's backwards compatible with older tablets and things
