played for about an hour. started noticing that no matter how much I upgraded my attack range, both in the workshop, and in game, my attack range never increases at all. this game is another iteration of the same TD they've been making for years. but this one tried to do something different which I like. just wish it worked. maybe I'll reinstall after a while, and see if they've fixed it.
Decent game, I enjoyed my time. I'm going to stop playing 1 week into the game and there is one reason, game speed. You want to play? Well get ready to stay for over an hour per run. Even when the game is 4x speed the game is so slow. My advice is to lower the amount of rounds maybe to 100, significantly increase enemy health that way the grind stays fun and you actually see the difference with gold stat upgrades
EXTREMELY BORING. Each time you play a level, you basically start at the same point and have to rebuild your SINGULAR TOWER up. I thought that maybe if I played for like a week I'd unlock stuff and it would become more fun but after a week, the game is as boring as it was day 1. It's super dull, requires no thought or skill and requires you play for almost 20 minutes at a time and you can't pause anything. You can speed up the game from slug to snail, which means absolutely nothing. Huge waste.
Its a decent game, but like many, if you want to achieve any meaningful progression without spending money, then you need to watch all of the MANY optionsl ads. I wouldnt mind this except they are all the long, obnoxious, click and wait then click and wait then click a third time type of ads. This ruins the experience! Also, the game crashes too often after you've made a lot of progress, then you lose the entire run. If you're gonna have such long runs, there should be save points.
