It has a major bug. I reached sparkling Island and got stuck because the island is locked. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled played all the way through to sparkling Island and got stuck at the exact same spot. It seems like some kind of quest to unlock the rest of the island is missing. This time I went so far as to chop down everything to see if it helped but it didn't. We had a good run but I think it's time to ditch this game and play another.
Fun at first but gets boring fast. You have to spend a ton of energy to get through each level. The side events are always the same. There are also glitches and errors in the game. It's almost like the developers just gave up on doing any more work on the game. I will be uninstalling this. If you have the play pass, you get a lot of extras for free. Might be worth it for some.
I like the game, I have no issue with that. the problem is that I'm such at the end of story 15, completed all the tasks, and then the game bugged out and won't let me continue to the next area. I emailed about it several times, but no one is getting back to me. better support would definitely help my review edit: several weeks later, and still no response or even acknowledgement. Edit: even after the most recent update, still can't progress to new islands or explorations
As a former fan of Family Island and lots of merge games, this is so addictive! The only suggestion I'd give is to make the merge needing less "precision" with the grid because it's taking a lot more effort to merge items. If I don't drag things exactly on top I have to try again. UPDATE: Support is non-existent. There seems to be no effort in making the game right. I have two zones of quests that can't be completed due to not enough spawn of items. The gift mountain is also broken in the event.
