Been charging me $39.99 for months even though it was supposed to be their "lifetime" payment. I would give it a zero if I could. Now, I just want it canceled. I feel slighted and taken advantage of. Edit to add. They were quick to refund the recent payment. However, that does not denote that I had made multiple payments. I'm happy that they made the recent adjustment. New star added for their quick turnaround with customer service.
App was great for a week, I set up a monthly subscription so I could unlock some features. Once I was charged, all the features went back to being locked. I just canceled my subscription... no point in paying if I'm not going to be able to use the features that I wanted. Edit... I have reached out to support, hoping to hear back.
Catfished by an Ad Apparently I purchased this app but I didn't exactly purchase it. I thought I was purchasing an app for something else and this was installed. All this does is remind you to speak affirmations. For those who want affirmations, the reminders default to stuff like, "I live in a world of equality and inclusivity" or "I am part of the world's female voice" they're okay for people who want them, I do NOT! I get enough of that blasted at me everywhere I look. Enough is enough!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! The same "affirmations" popped up daily. I tried the service for two weeks and there are free pages that you can subscribe to and get great news for free. When I attempted to cancel the service I was given a list of things to do in order to receive my refund of which was impossible because after I canceled the service I deleted the app from my phone and they try to force you to reinstate your account. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone! UGH
