The game has bugs, ads freeze, and game freezes, and no one monitors it. Submit a ticket, and they always ask for a screenshot. The game would be nice if you could actually enjoy playing it! I'm not sharing any more screenshots because I feel it's a waste of time that doesn't solve the problem. Thank you for asking again.
There are waaaaaay to many ads....so much so that I don't hardly play the game anymore. In addition....the Vita Mah Jong Ads are ridiculously long. A player should not have to watch ads for other games that they totally don't want to install. Now there are way to many ads....and the ads are so slow so you have to wait forever for the ad to finish before you can go to the next game. It's just ridiculous to have to watch the ads in order to go to the next game.
relaxing and fun game when it works. I've sent so many screenshot of what's going on and now the games freeze in the first ad no matter which ad if it says install is not going any further than that. it's never been resolved and I lose coins that are never recovered. would be a great game without the ads. I'd pay for the game to not have all of those broken ads.
There are way too many ads, and then you can't exist the ads after watching them, and it mess up my entire playing of the game. it's very frustrating. I'm strongly thinking about erasing this app. However, I must say I do enjoy playing, but the ads are out of control. I get it you need ads, but after watching them, you can't exist from them it gets stuck, and then you have to close out your entire game to re start to play again. That sucks.
