The app works as advertised. It has descriptions of the various ships and deck layouts, and they seem to be up to date. The app is barebones, and maybe that's OK for most. But I would like to see customizable alerts for when a chosen ship is on the move, or when a ship matching criteria I choose enters a designated area I specify. How about subscriptions for people who don't want ads? The reason for my 3-star review is because of a recent support interaction, where they stopped responding to me.
App did what it's intended for! I just wish it showed states on the map. I was able to track a specific cruise ship and see others next to it. It was intuitive. The colors are convenient. The little ships turn into circles when a ship is in port. This was really convenient to use on my cruise to know where we are because Google Maps didn't know
app is fantastic for anyone wanting to track cruise ships. My reason for the 4 stars is it lacks updates when it comes to the cruise schedules E.G Dover uk ( My nearest port), the cruise schedules for dover on google update but the one on cruise mapper doesn't update and your left clueless as to what cruise ships are coming in.
Full screen by default not good ! Great App but it's in absolute full screen, for the top on the S25 Ultra : Settings | Display | Camera Cutout, find cruise mapper and select "Hide Camera Cutout" this sorts the top of the app. For the bottom, Settings | Display | Navigation Bar and click on "Swipe Gestures", this sorts the bottom.
