I have been paying this game for almost two years and I love it. However, the time it takes to load has gotten progressively longer and the recent additional of an extra "play" button to the process only adds to my frustration. The game already takes more than 40 second to load (on average), but now I can't just open it and set it down while I complete another task and come back to it ready to play. Now I come back, press the unnecessary "play" button, and wait another 15 seconds to load. Dumb.
The game was fun at first, but now it is just playing the same puzzles over and over. There are "helper objects" you have to collect and they rarely appear, so you stop getting rewards. I bought what I felt was spending enough for the value of the game. But even the purchases are stingy and don't get you far. Now It's just a static match 3 game that gives you 3 power for completing a 14 power cost game. The rest is useless.
I really like playing this game but find it frustrating when you work so hard to find a charger and it is not the one you need to help a collection. I realize that is part of the challenge, but I have collections that have 20 of one item and 0 of others. It just doesn't seem right to me. I have to say that I was also very disappointed when I upgraded the ship voyages to complete the map pieces to open the cave and it is blocked! I give up! I have spend tons of money for jewels and bonus items that seems like for nothing. I think I am done with this game.
Some of these puzzles are impossible to finish with so few moves. It becomes discouraging and frustrating, until it's finally no longer worth playing despite how cute the game is. Being older and on fixed income, I can't make purchases just to complete it, leaving puzzles unfinished. Too bad, because I actually liked the graphics, but I think I'm done getting frustrated and discouraged.
