There are no challenges or events, and even if you recharge and lose your army, it's not recovered. The game has technical glitches, and this is a major flaw. The game should be fixed as soon as possible, and you should reconsider the small castles and bring back the previous activity.
This game gets worse and worse!!!! Do you EVER learn?? Even the only free feature is gone. You messed up the black market and you keep doing it!! WTH is wrong!! What about the people who want to play this game without paying money if that's what you're looking for just say it but this is ridiculous!!! I'm never recommending this game nor my friends and we will definitely give it a 1 star review. if we could we'd give it a zero at this point tbh.
Extremely disappointing customer service and support system. The technical team is not helping to solve players technical issues and always blame the user and put the wrong in them. If ppl are paying to play this game the least thing they should get proper support and technical issue solver. My issue is going own since may and still not solve. Your team got contacted more than enough and there was no solution what so ever.
if there is any less ratings I would choose that, I've played this game for few years now, it's going from bad to worse. so many technical issues, support team does absolutely nothing to solve the most common technical issues, specially the latest update!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE GAME, that's my advise and it's really disappointing
