I was excited to think this was anything like the original, but it is just another mobile 'strategy' game using the same formula as dozens of others before it. Open map, build up a base, AI to attack, no way to survive without guilds, and generally boring pure numbers automated fighting. The animations and quality of this seem fine, but it is such a cash grab using this name. Shame.
For the past 3 hours it has been nothing but version server connection failed, and when I finally get through that, the game server doesn't respond. After retrying soo many times it forces a 10 second retry, but never lets me through. Not worth the top ups, monthly and weekly packs I have paid for. The game is hemorrhaging players and is almost impossible to progress in the milestones for level 9 castles.
No archery, more to upgrading the town. Last last become town developers. Similarly to other game. Not a strategy game. Can't construct your own fortress too many obligations.. Need 5 to 10 members.. Not logic..every level is a same thing.. No market, can buy but can't sale... Not much choice. Can't conquer by individually... Must by group. Unfair.... Every level is a same thing... War game become upgrading the township and last last become town developers...
Translations are bad, leading to misleading purchase descriptions. If you ask for a refund, because of misunderstanding an upgrade package description, you'll get banned. Game is very aggressive and difficult to join once server is going. No new blood quickly makes the game stale. As of October weekly events on s2 are getting less than 70 participants. Any money spent is a waste.
