It's a decent, simple word puzzle. It has a daily puzzle and plenty of levels and events. HOWEVER, it is overly aggressive in terms of trying to get you to spend in game currency, watch ads, or spend real money for more in-game currency. It gets VERY tiring very quickly with how often you are bombarded with options that tell you you can spend money. Everytime you open the app, it's the same prompts that try to pressure you about spending game money so you can pay irl. Overall, could be better
Before I updated the app I logged into my google and it had my saved progress. Noticed there was a new update and downloaded it, I had to sign back in but when I signed in, MY PROGRESS WAS LOST! There is a ton of ads and what's worse is that it's $9.99 a WEEK to get rid of ads. Not per month, per week! If you want to charge so much to get rid of ads at least restore my progress instead of making me start back at square one.
I've been playing this for several years and really enjoy it. However recently there have been several glitches where I lose my points or other issues. Customer support has been pretty good about it but not A+. Today I typed in a word repeatedly that was correct and it wouldn't accept it until I used up my hints to proceed. And it was the word I had typed in repeatedly. Getting tired of the glitches but will continue to play for now even though it's become frustrating. Hoping for improvement!
Used to be a good game years ago. Recently downloaded it onto a new phone and you can hardly play the actual game bc there are so many random side 'games' that pop up and takeover the screen. And they all involve just clicking things to win random objects for no reason. Absolutely absurd. Edit: sent a message in-app as instructed, but this isn't an issue I'm facing, it's the way the app is designed. Most people just want to play the game they've downloaded, not all the ridiculous side games.
