App is ok, it's the pointless loyalty rewards system that gets the 1 star vote. Sainsbury's treats... what a joke, absolutely never get anything, they've always run out of vouchers, must issue about 2 vouchers and that's it. Fed up with checking all the time. The other reards are a rip off too with hidden costs. Sky Stream is also the worst TV service I've ever had, constant box failures, freezing, not turning on, apps not working... abysmal. Can't wait for my contract to end.
Used to be really happy with their free treats they were available all day until at least Friday usually and you had time to decide if you were going to get one now they seem to be randomly released and i struggle to get one ever. They must have massively decreased the amount available and even checking every 10 minutes from 9am doesn't guarantee us one. It's frustrating and a waste of time. Shame on you sky
one of the most unreliable apps I've ever used... first of all it has issues allowing me to just open the app at least 2 times a week and when I make changes on the app for example methods of payment it says it's done but then continues to try and take money from the old payment method 🤦🏻♂️ and now once again I cannot open the app to try to fix it
this app has to be the biggest waste of time I have ever come across, received a max pod and followed all the instructions went through all the steps and still nothing. so last resort go to my sky app we will talk you through step by step, and all it does is take round in circles and repeats the steps you've done previously. but if you want to add things for a cost, you can bet your bottom dollar that worked fine
