I love this app sm, it works so well, it gives you quick relief, tips in how to manage anxiety long term, and sm more that I can't remember. the only thing I don't like is you can't see past a certain point in your summary, measuring the levels of anxiety for every single entry you add. if the whole summary could be seen that would be amazing.
I love this app! User-friendly, nice to look at, and there are educational articles as well as calming exercises tailored to different types of conditions. The latest update allows for more typing space. This app would be just about perfect for me if I could log more than three entries in a 24-hour period: I like to track log my symptoms both during my anxiety and after I've done an exercise to see how much it helped.
I wasn't sure if I'd find this app helpful, but I have. They have little exercises for you to do to help calm you down which I think is cool. Some of them I've never thought of trying and I was able to find relief from doing them! My biggest complaint though is that if you miss a day your out of luck. You can't go back and edit specific days which is a bummer. I add stuff at the end of the day but my phone died and now I'm out of luck.
This app is already great just from my initial impression. So far there's no invasive ads or constant pressure to purchase an expensive subscription, just good tools for a beginner learning to get their stress levels under control. One technical problem so far though, my home and back button bar doesn't go away in this app and it covers up the bar to access the community tab or other features. I have to be super careful trying to tap it or I just accidentally close the app.
