I've been using Mood since 2018. I used it for a year; liked it so much that I paid for the full version. It worked well until the end of ‘24 when I stopped getting hyperlinks in group chats and pictures sent and received were very blurry. I emailed Mood support over a week ago and haven’t gotten a response. I really like all the features and settings, but links and attachments are a pretty basic function that it should handle, so I’m gonna switch to another app, at least for a while.
Where did the button go on the notification banner to be able to quickly copy a verification code sent via text. Having to now open the app, find the message, open the message, select copy, reselect the code and click copy. I have no idea why it's now acceptable to replace a one-click option with a seven-step process. I refuse to use Google messaging and this was my go-to app for a decade now. Between cranking up the volume instead of leaving your ads muted and now this, leaving instead.
Too many ads… I used to love this messenger but with recent updates there are ads between text messages. I didn't mind seeing an ad at the top of the messenger but new it has become almost unbearable scrolling through your messages and seeing ad after ad. The only way to get rid of the ads is to upgrade to premium? Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I'm not sure what happened. after this last update the app is not working correctly for me. I can't open the app, without trying to open and close the app three or four times. My pinned chats don't stay pinned. Sometimes texts don't send. I don't know what's going on with the app. and, I have already uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstall the app. It's still not working right. I don't want to have to find another app to use, and lose all my messages.
