Catution: I'm attempting to cancel my Free Trial and that process is not as easy as the fine print stated. Before agreeing to the terms and conditions, I read that a subscription could be canceled at any time and that if you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your Free Trial, you won't be charged. I'm unsatisfied with the app. The lagging from audio to video while watching a movie was terrible. The instructions to cancel lead to a dead end. I've emailed. I hope I don't get charged.
This app needs to be reported to the FTC based on keeping users from a realistic path to cancele this app. It was accidentally downloaded 25 minutes ago, so I have not been charged, but this review will be used as evidence for my credit card dispute when they do attempt to charge my card. Since you can't access the cancelation. I have emailed as well.
Any app that charges a year membership in advance of a "free" trial offer, gets one star! I'm not going to give out my credit card to a stranger just to be able to test a new app during their "FREE" 3 day trial offer! When you freely give out your credit information, in advance, it no longer becomes "free!" It's most likely a good app like so many other, actually free apps! You want more sales? Try unlocking your "free" trial; allow 3 days to actually test and watch sales increase!
Horrible app! It constantly asks me to reconnect to the tv, the picture on the TV is blurry, and I guess I assumed audio would also flow through the TV which it does not. I paid for a year up front and canceled almost immediately. I wish I could get a refund. Could be worth it I guess depending on what you are using it for but if you are trying to watch any type of show it's not worth it
