Came here to change my review from 5 stars after the merge with Rover. The app worked perfectly before, I used it almost a dozen times to easily and smoothly book a sitter and now it's impossible to use! The log in page keeps timing out on mobile and when I get through on desktop, I can no longer see pricing when making a booking request? I don't understand why all these changes were made when it worked perfectly before. I'll be contacting my sitter to see if they use a different app.
After the merge this app is terrible. cat in a flat was so easy to use and respond on, and pricing was so easy to understand. now they've added more fees for additional pets and booking fees which was never there before and made it so hard to understand where bookings are and to respond. luckily over the years I was on cat on a flat I made friends with a lot of people and no longer need the app, but it means for all new owners it makes it harder for them to find someone at a reasonable price.
I used the app for the first time since the merge today. First it wouldn't update. Then I installed it and it was so difficult to use. My very old Rover account completely overtook my normal Cat In a Flat account. I couldn't find my bookings without finding the sitter themselves and then clicking into it. The app is slow and not easy to use. Bring back the old version!
The app was always unreliable but the merge with Rover made it a complete mess. I can't log in, get timed out for an hour trying to log in several times which is completely unacceptable! I have been cat sitting for years and very active but now my ongoing clients have to suffer because I can't reach out with updates! The services and pricing are now messed up too.... support is impossible to reach... if I didn't have people booked for months in advance I would delete my account here
