I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.
The service is great! But the app keeps getting worse, harder to use, more convolluted, there's no app feedback in-app, and not all features are available on the website. it would be better if they hadn't changed anything since 2016. they've added "stuff", filler, weird steps, mandatory fees that you can't opt out of, and can't even update more than one day at a time of my calendar beyond "available/unavailable", and even getting to editing the calendar is almost unuseable cuz of guis jumping
As a rover sitter the app has been having constant issues lately that are inconvenient for both me and my clients, aswell as a safety hazard. Walks will glitch out and delete entire records, the tracker will keep going after the walk is finished still recording anywhere I go, it won't let me send photos to support, I've had several occasions where I start the walk and it glitches half way through and restarts. update : 3 seperate reports to support and zero improvement or solutions.
The main problem I have with the app is that every field acts like a password field, meaning I cannot paste or use my swiping feature. I have to sit there and type every individual letter into the box. it takes forever. whoever developed this app needs to format the text boxes to allow copying, pasting, and normal swipe typing. it sounds like a small problem, but it took me forever to fill out the forms.
