Workout programs: great way to not have to plan your workouts all the time. Definitely hits all kinds of muscles. Calorie tracker: actually super easy to use as long as you have a scale. The only negative would be that you can't put in calories for future days, even if you meal prep. The social page has so far been a positive fitness focused area. There are many other things like group workout plans, weight tracking, and more that are so nice to use!
overall pretty pleased with this app. I used Chloe Ting's workouts in 2019 and lost 30LBs. since then I've gained it back due to life changes. Figured she has an app now and thought I'd try it out. I'm on week two of a weight loss HIIT challenge, and I'm feeling great! I will mention I'm very excited for the tablet and watch syncing/calorie counter. Truthfully I thought that was already included but now I understand it's still being worked.
Absolutely love this app! When you select a program, it automatically makes the calendar, then when you click on the video, it sends you directly to YouTube. It keeps track of your workouts and makes it so much easier to keep going! You can also upload privately your progress pics to keep yourself motivated, or you can publish them to encourage other users! If you have the free version, it only shows you 1 add after completing a day's workout,that's not bad at all! Easy to use & well designed
Easy to use, videos open right to my YouTube app, and then I can cast onto my TV. Chloe explains what to do in her videos and will sometimes give alternate exercises if you're struggling. There's a premium version, but it's not needed to get the full experience from the app. There are also recipes, teams, and forums to post to - all from the app. You can track your progress with free programs, weight, and pictures.
