EDIT 4/18/2022: Cannot log in again. EDIT 2/7/2022: After reaching out to email support, a new update has been made available and logging in using the Chromebook app is now working. Thank you for the assistance and support. Original rating: 1 star. Original review: Since the last update on our Chromebook, we have been unable to log in. The login button is just grayed out and unclickable. Please fix this immediately since we are using your platform for our online classes everyday.
very bad experience. would rate 0/5 if i could. i was trying to get into my class on my chromebook, when it said that there was a new version - no problem. i wait 5 minutes to download it, then it says i have to get a chrome OS developer mode thingy, and i try to get it but theres a weird warranty thing, and i ended up missing my class. why is there a new version that people cannot access? i dont want to download or get a warranty for anything.
not working at all when there is new version.. wondering why did not put the version into app store? this is foor Chroomebook, it is very hard to install apps in Chroomebook from source other than app stoore!! haven't the dev team notice this? Very bad experience!! I have to switch t Dev mode, even more, after the upgrade, it installed a new application, which means now I have two ClassIn apps, one of them is flush quite, not working at all, while the other is still ask for upgrade. disappooint!
