I only opened this app once to test it and never used it again. I started the free trial before adding any payment method. Later, I added my card to Google Play to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus. After that, I was unexpectedly charged EGP 489.99 for this app. I canceled immediately, requested a refund through Google Play, but it was declined. I also contacted the developer directly and received no response after more than two weeks. Very disappointing experience.
Overall, this app is good. I have read many people's negative comments. Most of them were confused with the premium trial offers. This app is truly free! Accepting their premium trial offer is encouraged but not required. One thing that I don't give a five-star rating at this time is that the AI assistant always drops the first letter "Y" in reply: "ou'er welcome, ..." However, I am sure they will improve in future releases.
way too complex not enough instructions on which one to use for ease but biggest issue - they have 2 subscriptions for me on the same account in my app store and are charging me 8.99 a week twice!!! tried to call customer service and it's in a different language and it's an answering machine
So this is supposed to be a learning bot rather than an entertainment bot. That doesn't make it's only two stars. The messages seem to be free, but anyone dumb enough to believe that they can genuinely learn anything through AI deserves what they get. worst, though, are those, like these devs, who promote AI as an essential learning tool. AI chooses what it knows from a pool of available information, which may simply be the most popular, but isn't always correct.
