My account was deleted after a long time of playing and a bit of money. I'm very disappointed that even after spending money I didn't even get a courtesy email to login before having it deleted. I had contacted support a while back and they were wholly unhelpful with anything, not even offering to try and help with progress on a new account; they don't seem to care about us or this game.
The game reminds me of brave frontier. However, the issue I am having with this game is the cost system. In order to use the high level units I summoned I most improve my cost level. This issue is it is behind a pay wall. I have to have a certain VP level in order to use my units! I am not trying to spends hundreds of dollars to improve my cost to use a unit. It doesn't make sense. I would understand if the cost improved as you leveled up but it does not. I am disappointed.
I will be honest. Had high hopes for this game, but it's becoming a pay to win game every day. To start the only way to get gems to do summons is through the story missions, and even then it's not a lot of gems. The monthly deal they have to get gems is great, but not everyone can spend money for that. The only other issue I have is the characters. They are nice, but the fact that to power them up is through ridiculous amounts of items and gold absolutely sucks. You'll never have them finished.
Graphics are good, no loading problems, good game play, but I spent a load of real life money and only 1 of the packages has been received, money is gone yet nothing has come. I'm guessing it's due to server overload, but I still need my items or money back. I don't know where else to contact for support. Update the support was quick and very helpful, 5 stars now!
