The app is broken AGAIN!! It worked for maybe a couple weeks this year and now nothing. it shouldn't be this difficult to keep the app working. Hello, IT people, get your stuff together!!!! The app has had "technical difficulties" for 2 weeks! Can't log in. When is it going to be fixed???!! Very frustrating
No longer working. They should probably update the app or try and fix it, it's just a buggy mess. It won't let you sign in and just outputs error messages (with no error code, just a generic error message), which they then hilariously want you (the customer) to call in to some 800 number. Except they don't provide any error code, so it'd just be you, calling them, to let them vaguely know that something somewhere is in a state of error.
Every time I go to place an order through the app, it won't go through. It gets to the delivery section, and then it gets stuck on the loading screen until you leave the app, then you have to restart your order. Update: They told me to go to a link, and they would possibly contact me. I've also been waiting on a customer support email for my cvs account, and have received nothing from them. Not even a bot email.
Overall app is terrible. I get to the end, to submit my order and it gives me an error. I call the number to report it, they take the information and then transfer me to someone else that has to verify all of my information again, only to be told that it's too early for to reorder and I need to call back in a day or two. (This is after I have received multiple emails reminding me to reorder.) This has happened to me multiple times over a couple of months and nothing is fixed. Don't bother.
