Game would be fun if it wasn't completely overloaded with ads. It's not just ads to advance faster, it's ads when you upgrade the supplemental income areas, or when you have an achievement. Oh, you upgraded the frequency of special rewards for your dam? Guess what, you have to watch an ad for every single one. This developer is not trying to make a fun game, they are adding a little game play to their commercial app.
ADS! DO NOT RECOMMEND The ad request, literally, bounces around the screen. it even jumps to where you are clicking, so much to even jump to the button off of the screen that you click to get your coins, just so you are tricked to click it. ignore it and it goes away but comes rightback as another floating item to click. VERY ANNOYING. UNINSTALLED!!!
I like this game and what it represents. I'd really like to see an expansion in the game play. Unfortunately, there only seems to be three worlds in which to build dams and once all the dams are built and limited upgrades attained, that's pretty much it. One can increase the efficiency and profitability of the industries all day long, but once the last dam is maxxed out and the third boat is purchased, the game just stops all forward momentum and there's no longer any point to playing.
It's fun. I take it back, ads are forced and intrusive. add a way to use in game $ to pay for the dam stage upgrade "reset." Right now the only way to reset to the next dam stage is to watch an ad, and it says "free". If you kept that, but just added a second button allowing use of the in game money, people will have a way to play without ads if they so wish. Blocking it behind an ad just means you can't progress the dams. Any big buy rewards you with another ad. Ads ads ads. ADS EVERYWHERE
