I just paid 60 dollars to have to individually download each song and then have not a single one work. the only thing I get is a frozen picture. complete garbage. Edit: It's been a year, I still cant use this app for my son because the so gs he likes didnt download correctly but theres no options to delete and redownload. No one ever contacted me to fix the issue. Really disappointing
To those saying about errors. Try contacting the developers on their email under developers contact. They do respond. App is wonderful. Kept my first and i sane when having to go on looong drives when she was 1. Now, my son enjoys it. Its very educational and fun. My daughter knows so many nursery rhymes and enjoys counting along. Its still has the odd glitch where the song will freeze or video goes black. But so much better after the last update.
I paid for this app a long time ago, I was only able to have like 10 songs. So recently with my new baby I got a larger memory card to put more songs. Now none of the songs work. Piece of garbage. Wasted my money.. and my kids love Dave and Ava..
I unfortunately did not realize that my daughter accidentally purchased this app (which was NEVER used ONCE nor do I EVER remember seeing it downloaded.) I couldn't believe my eyes when I was going through my bank statements a few months ago (which was then too late to ask for a refund.) It was $88.16 on Oct. 20, 2023!! HOLY MOLY! I could have lived with maybe $20 but that is just ridiculous. It's partially my fault, as I didn't my daughter (only 3 years old) was capable of doing such a thing
