The workouts are solid, but there are two big misses for a workout app. 1. There's no tracking. Especially with the latest update. If I don't remember which week I'm in for a selected workout program, and/or which day I've done then I'm left guessing. It also doesn't record any details of your specific workout. There's no way to see how much weight you used before on an exercise 2. The UI is not intuitive & with the lack of tracking you just see the programs. There's little to track progression
I'm enjoying the workouts and content. The videos are nice and short. Navigating it is a little overwhelming. So many options it's hard to jump back into the same plan every day. It took me a while to figure out the app vs the programs and plans on the website. I wish the logging your workouts were easier, I just stopped and used the text log, it keeps defaulting to kg from lbs. The timer and set count is confusing. Overall some small improvements to the UI would make it really good.
The app is useful, and I enjoy it when I can use the app properly. however, I couldn't use the app properly after 1 week of purchase so I purchased an additional month knowing I was going to use it, then the same thing happened after a week. Customer service is non-existent, it took a week to get a response and it's been probably 4-5 weeks with no resolution and wasted $60 because I've been stuck behind a pay wall since January needless to say I have to cancel.
rip off. they keep charging your credit card, then telling you that your subscription is expired. then they won't return your messages. very disappointed. looked like an initial good program. don't buy it.
