Photo's scan beautifully but when they are saved the app changes the order in which they were scanned. This then requires the labourious process of changing the file names to correctly order the photo's. This needs fixing ASAP!
Installed this app on my android phone. After the fifth time going thru the whole process to set up the printer. I saw a message of a bug and was unable to set up until the developer fixes the bug. Awesome.
3/16/25 : still nothing. wasted money. 2/23/25 : still doesn't work. No help from Epson. Doesn't find scanner. No point to the app, setup process repeatedly glitches out. Am starting to fear I have made a mistake buying this scanner. FFS- Epson charges money and requires credit card information before providing customer support on a scanner I just bought yesterday? Do yourself a favor - stay away from Epson.
Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. The app used to work great. Now it just sits there with "0 images have been processed." The scanner has scanned the photos, but I hav eno idea where they went.
