Over a year now since the last update that changed the UI and the app still doesn't freeze the categories headers on the Matchup screen so you can actually see everything as you scroll. It works that way on My Team, so clearly it's possible. Can't even Send Feedback in the app now because it says "all fields required", which is just my email and comment. My league histories are the only thing keeping me from moving everything off ESPN.
The app can use more information to help you set your lineup. For example, having a rank next to your player based on how experts believe he might do in the week compared to other players in the same position. Also, I own a oneplus 6 and the videos in the team playlist buffer no matter how well my connection to the internet is. Please fix this because I have given up on taking 5 minutes to watch a 45 second video.
Update: (changed rating from 2 to 1 star) As of December 2020 the app is unusable. Constantly displays the message "an unexpected error occurred." and force closes. Clunky and frustrating to use. Doesn't always register selections within the app which leads to hitting the same button multiple times hoping it will work. Makes for an extremely poor and frustrating experience. I only ever use it if I absolutely can't make it to my computer in time to edit my fantasy roster.
I have used this app for many years, and have downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. While I like the player info and the VERY FEW free non-Insider articles, the app is extremely glitchy. It also lacks many customizable options for league scoring, especially in D/ST. I also can't randomize team schedules between seasons. In addition to the above items, I dislike seeing more "Insider" articles than free ones because I will never pay for ESPN Insider access when there is so much free content elsewhere.
