Scammers. I booked my trip using the app & I bought "Premium Support AirHelp Plus Flight Delay Compensation" from them. On my way back to NY I missed my 2nd flight as my 1st one was delayed. I sent them photos of the airport screens, screenshots from their app, and other sources. All showing the same 3h delay (I had 2h for transfer). I spent countless hours on a chat & talking to them on the phone, and all they're keep saying is that they do NOT see the delay in their system & can't do anything
Please do NOT use this online agency just because of the price, you might end up spending extra time and cost. The response time of the MyTrip team was 2 days, the Live-chat is the only option or call, which is not user-friendly for any foreign visitors, and the hideous MyTrip care team would hurry ending up the chat, we ended up paying extra for another flight in that evening.
so far so good. app starts, didn't recognize my flight but the error was mine (mistook letter O for number zero 0). then app added my flight correctly and checked in without further hassle. be advised, after checking in there was a note informing the boarding passes will be available 6 hours before departure. my flight is 31 days from now. will update if that part works properly. wish me luck, most reviews I've read are very very bad for My trip.
Don't book anything from this website. This is a scam! I bought flexible tickets and they wouldn't change the date unless I upgrade to business clas and pay more. While I could see there are available tickets to purchase for the same flight in the economy class. When I asked the refund first they said it will take too long but how long they would refuse to tell me . Then they said the airline wouldn't refund this ticket. Then they started transferring me from one person to another.
