GEM-X is a 3D action RPG that gives you a mission to save an entire kingdom.

Horrible. Do not waste your time or money on this game. Especially your money. Sometimes it takes your money when you recharge and does not give you the event items. Half of the events are not in English even if you first install and press the ENG setting. When you lvl to get certain mods it just resets and tells you you're under level, not available. Run away and don't look back. GMs are always unavailable too.
Its P2P and it only takes 1-2days to get to lvl 200+. Almost if not all the events so far have a way to get what you need for them with out paying but its limited, that is unless you have the money to buy there packs. The VIP 4 is almost mandatory in order to keep up with other paying players due to the "boss club, might be a different name" that allows you to kill boss like monsters nonstop as long as there not on cool down and the extreme high end paying players aren't KS and PK'ing you.
The game has a lot of potential and is very addicting but the Customer service is horrible. They had a bug where if you purchased their "Flash Giftpack" you wouldn't receive anything. They fixed it and sent out compensation emails but some of those were glitched and you couldn't even claim them! I sent a message to them saying that I didn't receive all of my giftpacks that I purchased and their response was they mixed my account up with another one. I just refunded and now I can't log in!!
It's a really good , game love the graphics but only thing I don't like is how the only female they have is a cannon class... I feel like we should have options for more class , are partners get to be so many different classes I really wish they would add more characters for better options for class
