While the puzzles are good and the hints really go a long way to teaching you how to play and what patterns to look for the coin requirements are off the charts. It takes me 5-6 minutes to play all the games, but 1500 coins to unlock previous days' puzzles. You earn 25 coins for successfully completing a game so that's a big disconnect.
The puzzles are engaging enough. The problem is you're on the app for five minutes then you can't do anything else the whole day. Then you watch an ad to play for another day, which is over in five minutes... rinse and repeat. I would probably keep this app if you had more things to do, but it's just the same five puzzles you can play once a day.
I like the grids and look forward to doing them but the experience is awful. It takes so long to load, I get repeated messages that I need to make sure I have a stable internet connection (note I work from home and have 1T connection, plus most of the time I'm within 10 feet of my Wi-Fi router). Then once you play a game, it's so many screens and clicks, and collecting coins, then you have to click home, then select the next game, it's just too much. And my phone gets hot.
I get that games have to have ads and im fine watching them to play for free but when an ad just randomly happens in the middle of a puzzle and brings me to my browser and says "you have a virus that you need to clear" i know that is a full blown scam and I'm not supporting a game that does that. the puzzles were addicting and great but im not okay with someone trying to trick people into falling for a scam.
