Horrible. I cannot access this anymore out the blue after it was working. No 1 can seem to help and I cannot access the platform my company is paying for to conduct business. This is very frustrating and they need to come up with a better solution if you want to keep your accounts.
I refuse to use my personal phone for work. The system takes numerous times to log in. You can not copy and paste to code. I would love to give it less than one star. I have wasted so much time to try to log in to pay off cars. Someone who worked at a dealership should have tried this procedure before you made up use this process.
There must be a PIN code or biometrics set as default to access the OTP. Currently, apps don't have PIN code. It will be good to have PIN code and biometrics options for users to select rather than the only biometrics option. Have 2 options, and It will be a very good app. There are apps currently in the market that already have these 2 options.
This application has stopped working suddenly. The moment I click to open, it just doesn't and shows a message that app has stopped working. I reinstalled this app, but it again worked for a day only. This way it's gonna be tiresome to work with this app, as I'll not be able to login toy tools till it opens and gives me the otp.
