On the instruction of the Secret Order Laura James, a reporter with the 'Daily News', is heading to the scene of the crime. At first thought it is an ordinary brigandage, but the deeper Laura digs, the darker it gets and a routine investigation quickly takes a dark turn. The results of the search are quite surprising and danger is awaiting for the journalist at her every step. Cunning traps and puzzles, dark secrets of the past and mysterious Darkness that is covering the city. Another blinding game by this developer!!! Great art, story and level design. I had to use a walkthrough to prompt my next move, as there is very little direction. But, I'm a bit thick, if you think outside the box, then, it's very fun! Challenging puzzles, keeps me coming back for more! Already downloaded the next two games!
I'm playing these in order so I've only played this one and the two previous games. So far these games are fun and really good puzzle games. But the puzzles in this one are not as good as the first two games. I feel like several of the puzzles don't make sense when trying to figure out how to solve them. When I did figure them out, I'm left frustrated and scratching my head behind the logic the Devs used for a particular item to use in a puzzle. As a whole, the series so far is great.
About 6-8 scenes in, but it's the typical BN-5 game which is very, very good! I'll check back when I've completed the game. . . . EDIT: 94% complete and at a dead end! 94%! Games have been glitchy but now simply refuse to work. I am allowed to choose tools, sometime one section of game responds, now the tool just floats and refuses to move. This particular game has beaten me!
