I have really enjoyed this game up until now. Something has changed recently that makes me lose the product that is being manufactured when I leave the game for several hours, or, overnight. I find it disappointing to go back into the game and find all of my planning and gathering for items that require a longer length of time to produce is gone, along with the material used for items. This makes it impossible move forward.
frustrating waste of time. I've only made it to level 19 and ready to delete. I'm stuck on a task to open a gate which is already open. I've had to figure it out as I go because there were no instructions. out of storage, energy and patience. there is so much clutter and hardly get any reward for removing obstacles. I had just started getting into the game but have been stuck on the same task now for several days.
Love the game however, I just purchased diamonds but I need energy and realised I also have to buy that too. You can use diamond's to buy energy in most games. This way seems a little expensive for the consumer. Make it so diamonds can be used to buy energy also rather than expecting consumers to spend money on everything. It seems greedy to expect money for both. Let me know if this is possible before I cut my losses and delete the game.
Ok, thank you for getting back to me. I'll try it again then. And then I'll try it. When the update's available, I just reinstalled it because I had taken it off.So we'll see what happens also a way to save our information would be great also
