The game is a lot of fun, however I purchased the $2.99 no ads bundle (ads after every level) and did not receive the items promised. I thought it was a glitch with the payment, so I bought it again but didn't receive my items. I tried to reach out to the company, however the website I was directed to was only a phone number in China. I ended up having to reach out to Google Play for a refund request, which is disappointing as they said if approved, I would no longer have access to the game.
I like the game play but the ads after every single round made me immediately uninstall the game after a day. The coins to level difficulty ratio is way too low. If you don't spend money and can't win levels to get enough coins to move forward, it can get frustrating pretty quickly. I'll find another game with same play style minus the frustration.
When you get to London there is a "mask machine" and I've tried literally EVERYTHING but there is no item you can put into the machine to make the masks. so it is literally impossible to play the London map. Don't waste your time playing this game because it is VERY obvious they just want you to spend money to get past levels. It was a waste of my time and will be a waste of your's. If I could rate this game zero starts, I would. I will be charging disputes with my bank to get every penny back
Disappointed. Customer service doesn't seem to respond to emails. I can't claim the rush gift, now I'm stuck on Kyoto because it won't unlock items. I used the contact option in the game. There are RUSH events, I completed it and it won't reward it. I can no longer play the antidote event it is frozen on level one. I can't progress in Kyoto because options are locked even though I've progressed enough to have them unlocked. I emailed you. Still no response.
